Before starting Glass Ceiling Consulting Inc., Krystal Johnson also worked as a contract specialist for the United States Air Force, where she managed the workload of five military personnel and one civilian. She also worked on high visibility contracts valued at over $6 million for the construction flight. Prior to that, Krystal worked as a facility buyer for International Paper, where she contracted services such as preparing specifications, soliciting and obtaining bids, evaluating and analyzing bids obtained, negotiating terms and conditions, and awarding contracts. Krystal also worked as a global sourcing associate for International Paper and gained experience in different areas such as supply management, finance, maintenance, engineering, production, scheduling, and distribution.
